I was at a wedding he did and made a few different types of icing, which I find very beautiful, but also various types of cupcakes (BTW I like the cherry, violet). They had vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and marble. I liked it because everyone has to decide what they wanted. Just a thought:) Hope this helps, and congratulations!
I also make muffins. I use these little things called cuddles cupcake. I am only white glaze and half white and half cuddles my skin color. They make the cake look better. Consult the page.
