They still believe that Christmas is a good time to beat, despite the damage it could do for your company and ensure that their own work.
Idiocy on a grand scale - and is also the trade unions a bad name.

I have sympathy for both sides .. I think it is right "for the company to change its actual agreement (a legally binding) with the union without going through the process of negotiations - which is the same for both parties --- you can not change that had he an agreement with a party just because .. It is true that the airlines, all airlines are fighting, but that problem aside, there are good and bad way to make these changes ..
As painful as it is to get to ..
