Christmas Sympathy Does Anyone Have Any Sympathy For BA Cabin Crew?

Does anyone have any sympathy for BA cabin crew? - christmas sympathy

Massively strong, despite the company trying to make money and to cover the pension deficit.

They still believe that Christmas is a good time to beat, despite the damage it could do for your company and ensure that their own work.

Idiocy on a grand scale - and is also the trade unions a bad name.

I have sympathy for both sides .. I think it is right "for the company to change its actual agreement (a legally binding) with the union without going through the process of negotiations - which is the same for both parties --- you can not change that had he an agreement with a party just because .. It is true that the airlines, all airlines are fighting, but that problem aside, there are good and bad way to make these changes ..

As painful as it is to get to .. One of the goals * * every strike is for economic pressure on the company by working conditions apply .. and the holding of a strike during the holiday season and all the associated loss in revenue - Is it true that .. what a significant loss of potential revenue for the company .. Therefore, at a place called the election the unions on strike during the holiday season was a success - assuming that the target * A strike is possible because the maximum amount of economic pressure .. Nor does it consider the mapEngers, but there is only one factor working in relation to management.

For flight attendants, the implications for all travelers on vacation or is not good .. But ultimately, the ability of unions to effectively is to "see" the power management system is the concept of collective action - an agreement or a joint vote of not working ..

The biggest problem I see that, whether on vacation or find the strike are not remedied "by the BA and the union has a solution to the problem .. just .. not even if a strike is called and later in the year 2010 will take place are still very expensive for the airline and is dangerous for travelers.
