I cleaned the wicker baskets with water, and they were very good. Make sure that they dry quickly - hang in the sun or wind. Usually placed in the bathtub or shower sprayed with very hot water. Windex spray them with vinegar, ammonia or a solution would not hurt. Spray, rinse 5 minutes later. Do not use soap or something that will clarify many things.

I agree, go ahead and use the shower to clean in their cages. In fact, I heard that you occasionally moisten wicker to prevent it before it too brittle. Define your baskets to dry in the sun and watch the drops (in the case of chains of execution).
